Virginia Cent and Dateless S Buff

Two coins I found in roll search today.
The Lincoln is a 1976 with what appears to be a stamp of the state of Virginia and the letters VA in the middle of the outline of the stamped state.Its near the rim faceing Abe.
Does anyone know about these?
The Buffalo was a real chuckle for me.You never see these in rolls these days.Even dateless ones.
It ofcourse is a AG but I did see an S mint mark.
Wouldnt some nick-o-date help this coin? It is an S Buff so it seems if you could get a date it would make it worth more than a dateless right?
