Just gotta love that Amon Carter toning. Is there another pedigree that elicites such good vibes for dollar specialists?

yummy, what holder is it in? the blue is something like I have seen on a barber quarter I once had. Very neon blue toning right?

The diamond tab toning from the custom-made holders gave the Carter coins extra eye appeal!

I own a key date Seated Dollar pedigreed to him, and my buddy owns yet another key date SD from that collection too.

I heard that the Amon Carter 1872-CC had been lasered and then carefully re-toned. The coin is no longer problem-free. I'll do you a favor and take it off your hands at a wholesale net-grade price.

Amon Carter definately had some unbelievably nice coins, and the pictured coin is a prime example.

That's a beautiful 1872-CC !!! Did you get to see the 1840 proof ex Amon Carter that I sold to Legend last summer? That was an NGC PF64 with beautiful turqoise blue areas at the perimeter, and a nice lemon yellow over the surfaces, very pretty light colors !!

This IS a GMM coin......he must have two of them, one with "COPY" on the obverse and one with "COPY" on the reverse.......very sneaky that TDN

The coin is an AU62+, but the insert says AU58.
