Show report - Nashua, NH March 16th

Got to the Nashua show at about 10:00. Not especially busy, but a decent turnout. As usual, my only real interest was the gold. Lots of generic Saints, more than usual, PCGS, NGC, & ICG in MS60-63. Almost no non-generic gold (i.e., nice better dates, type in MS 64/65 etc). I looked at all the gold, and noticed (1) ACG slab, and, surprisingly, not a single NTC or PCI. I may have missed one, but I was looking specifically for them. It was a pleasure not to find them. As always there was a fair amount of raw XF-AU gold, I wonder if this stuff ever changes hands. Nicest gold coin I saw was a $2.50 Indian in PCGS MS-65, too rich for my blood at almost 3 times the price of a 64. Did see several kids, including a couple girls maybe 89 or 10 years old, looking through stuff & that's always a great sign for me.

I found the show to be busy, but not crazy. Could have been the fact that it's the first time in memory up here where the sun actually felt WARM!
I found some nice coins. Lots of good chatting. Plenty of new stuff back from Baltimore. Daughter's crying, I've gotta go!
