if people get booted off, they will not be able to get in touch with people they have traded and are waiting to get their stuff or for the other trader to get theirs. if something goes wrong, especially with the other trader, he/she won't be able to contact the booted person. mail fraud might come up or something. so this is what i propose:

if a person is booted, moderators will pm them saying that they are booted. This booted person will be given one last thread to post that says that they are booted. He/she will able to tell the people on this board and the people who they have currently traded with their e-mail address, so contact can occur. Also, this thread will automatically stay at the top (like the ones that mods have) for 24 hours. this will hopefully help. if you think this is a good idea, please vote yes, if no, vote no. comments are appreciated. thanks.

I say yes, after some people get booted here, there seems to be a lot of confusion about where they went.
