They're not much technically but I do think they have the eye appeal. What do you think?

    They are both nice looking coins for the years. 1859 and 1861 are not particularly easy years, and there are a lot of weak strikes out there for both years. Of the CNs, 59 and 61 are the toughest.

    Your coins have very good eye appeal for the grade.image

    I still like the 1812 $5 best, but with these Indians, I think you are being alittle tough unless the scan is misleading. These are really attractive for the dates. I like them as I'm sure others will. Thanks for sharing them.

    Very nice coins. Collecting them raw and in decent condition is fun and challenging.

    Hey I for one think they are great. Most of th 59 and 61's I see art pretty baddly beat up. These are good color great strike and probally go ef to au maybe maybe low ms.

    But dont bet the bank on my grading skills

    hey, thanks everyone, yes, these are my "keepers" in my type set book, it took a looooong time to find what I wanted: Nice choice AU coins that look like sliders, for the regular AU price. Since I dont collect these types by series, I chose the best date for my CN example, and wanted a really sharply struck one for the 1959 one year type. Oh, thanks for the compliments, but none of the coins I post here are for sale, they're in my permanent collection
