HELP!!!!!!!PLEASE!!!

I have just moved my web site to a new dedicated server.

I can access it from my home computer but when I try to access from somewhere else I get the following message:

<< <i>No web site is configured at this address. >>

Would you please check and tell me what you get??

Thanks!!!!!

  • Works fine for me too.

On your home computer, you may need to just flush your DNS...open up a command prompt and type "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit enter. Then try loading it.
  • Thanks for checking . I was beginning to get a little worried image

MastaHanky... I just tried your suggestion.. Didn't work. image

Does anyone know how to get .asp pages to run on IIS 5?

It looks to me that I have everything set up correctly but when I try to load the page (default.asp) it tells me the "page can not be found"

My mistake...run that command on the computer you can't access that site from, not your home machine. (I read your message backwards.)

Did you already get the plug-in for ASP installed?

Comes up fine for me. No problemo daddy-o! image
  • OK... I think that I have it figured out.

If I use "host headers" in IIS for monstertonedcoins.com and/or www.monstertonedcoins.com I get the page can not be displayed.

If I do NOT use "host headers" and use "all unassigned" it works just fine. image

    Hmmmmmmmmm........
