PCGS is grading Chopped Marked Trade Dollars

If this is old news, please ignore, but PCGS is now grading chopped marked Trade Dollars. I've seen them all the way up to MS-64 with no net grading, but the slabbed says "Chopped Marked". I saw this at the Legend (TradeDollarNut)'s collection at the Long Beach show.

    Hey cool! I'm tired of discussing AT and doctored stuff.
    Will they only certify Trades or other denominations as well?
    Now we got something new to discuss,; How will PCGS determine the fake chops from the real chops? Like everything else, from looking at millions of them everyday or from authoritive references like the Rose book?
    Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.
