How many military and ex-military do we have in this forum?

We ran this thread a few months ago, but we have a lot of new members in the forum. Last time, I believe Army was the prevalent service by a two to one margin, but I'm seeing a lot of Navy insignia lately. Care to share?
Ex-Navy Electrician's Mate First Class from July of '61 to March of '69. Served at Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, USS Conyngham (DDG-17), USS Snowden (DE-246), USS Little Rock (CLG-4). Would have stayed in, but when I went to renegotiate my contract, they wouldn't give me an expense account

Seriously, I had a brother that served in the US Marine Corps, a step-father in the US Navy (saw combat duty), several uncles that served in the US Navy, US Air Force and US Army (including two officers). My grandfather served in The Great War and I still have the Purple Heart one of my family members earned in Korea. I also have the flags that were presented to the family when they were buried with military honors. I am very proud of all those in my family that served.

1982-1988 (with Reserves time)
On some air bases the Air Force is on one side of the field and civilian aircraft use the other side of the field, with the control tower in the middle. One day the tower received a call from an aircraft asking, "What time is it?"
The tower responded, "Who is calling?"
The aircraft replied, "What difference does it make?"
The tower replied "It makes a lot of difference.
If it is an American Airlines flight, it is 3 o'clock.
If it is an Air Force plane, it is 1500 hours.
If it is a Navy aircraft, it is 6 bells.
If it is an Army aircraft, the big hand is on the 12 and the little hand is on the 3.
If it is a Marine Corps aircraft, it's Thursday afternoon."
