The "X" is real distracting mark. Gonna lose a lot of points there.

I could be wrong, but I believe that's a matte proof "X". Also, when I blow up the image, I can see very distinct doubling in the southwest portion of the "X".

You cannot post pictures to threads from your hard drive, you have to attach it (if it is small enough) or load to server space then post it.

Also a very strong strike. Notice the bold, full rims. Has a bit of a cameo appearance from the North and West rims, to the East and South rims.

I would grade it with a microscope. It`s hard for my aging eyes to see the detail.

Ya know, speaking of a microscope, I bet if you examined that X under proper magnification, you'd see where Dragon used some putty on it.

Wow, that must be a new pattern dollar. I haven't seen anything like that in the numismatic world. Is it due to the declining test scores in America? I suppose the next thing is a dollar series that has a big mac on it instead of a red x.

Of course, it could be a symbolic expression. Like the "symbol formerly known as a dollar coin." But because it's here, you could print them out and make millions!
