Cameo doesn't describe this Franklin

Kind of hard to see where this seller gets the idea this is a Cameo Franklin?

it could just be a bad picture, it just may have some cam, I wouldn't mind winning it for 5 dollars or less.....

They "couldn't get the mirrors", since there is mint frost throughout the mirrors. Coin would never grade Cameo. Seller must be lacking Franklin experience. He/she even refers to "full bell lines" on a proof Franklin???
