body bag... was a 1910 $ 20 PCGS MS 62

I recently bought a 1910 D $20 Saint from Heritage that was the old green label PCGS and it was graded MS 62. I cracked it out and sent it to NGC and it came back in a body bag. They said the obverse had been repaired. Has this happened to any of you ? Would I be wasting more money if I sent it to PCGS or ANACS to be graded ?

PCGS has done the same when I crack out NGC.
Sometimes if you send it back the grader(s) will have a different opinion. I thought that NGC will slabbed and denote problem coins now?
You are always taking a chance when you crack out old gold. If I think the coin deserves the grade I will try and see if they will cross over the coin first rather than crack it out.
