The reverse is just a tad short in the central section of the eagle and claw area.
Original coin, the small area of crust in the top corner would probably be fairly easy to remove without messing up the coin.

I would go F15 on that.
I have some experience with that seller. He sells nice coins, but prices them rather stiffly or occasionally will overgrade slightly. I'd say both happened in this case. Not a bad little coin, but I would pass on it. An equal or better one should be available for less. And I would shoot for at least a (true) VF. This one is the lowest-mintage date of the series, but doesn't seem to demand much premium for that.
(Edited to add that the aforementioned seller is a decent guy and easy to do business with, despite my two criticisms above.)
