New members please use proper capitalization in posts. I think using all small caps (hard to read) is worse than using all large caps(yelling)! Go ahead and flame me..... I still think it needed to be said.

Too many people telling others how to go about doing the simplest things. So what if someone uses all caps or lower case. Whatever happened to personal style?
