Can someone please give me any reason why this auction at 100K keeps running? After all, the description even says One just sold for 275.00 on Ebay. The seller seems to admit that the coin is only worth about $300 tops, but keeps putting it out there with with 100K starting price.

I can't see any purpose that this auction serves other than a show place for the owner to say "Lookie what I got", because he obviously is not seriously interested in selling the coin at a fair market price.

I certainly do not think the HepKitty is an attention whore at all, she always carries herself with the presence that all women should.

He forgot to mention (the seller) that he personally bought one on Ebay for only $14. So its not like he is trying to make 100k on the deal, he's limiting his profit to only $99,986.
