US or Foreign coins? General information?

Bought a couple of coins based on their color but would like a bit more history on them than is printed in the red book. Are these US issued coins or US colonies? Base worth as a set? What category would they post to on eBay?
Opinions welcome.

I'd list them under the Early Commemorative (US) & the Coins Commemorative (World) categories.

They were minted in Manila, the only US branch mint not in the United States. I consider them semi-lite.
Do you have the other peso and 50 centavos for sale?

Except eBay doesn't have a Philippines section.

They are semi-legit as US coins, as the commems were at one point redeemable for US dollars at a rate of 2 pesos to the dollar. Nice finds, never seen these toned, always dipped brilliant.
Lots of Philippino coins are scrubbed.
I've noticed some sea-salvaged coins on eBay-- some are advertised as such, others aren't. Some salvaged ones look like lamination errors.
