Saw these up for sale at Heritage's weekly auction. This one is interesting as are the other six. Reminds me of an Orgeon. Wondering if anyone can pass on any information on these?Link
I collect some from the US Centennial, the 1915 Pan-Pac Expo, and the 1935 Cal-Pac Expo. While I like the looks of some of them, I don't want to stray too far from my current collections to consider buying them.
the local dealer recently bought several of them and showed them to me along with some regular U.S. coins. one had something to do with the louisiana purchase and was silver and quite attractively designed. he even has aguide listing them. i noticed that most seemed to be brass or bronze.
