RIPPED OFF PLEASE HELP

PLEASE HELP ME! Has anyone done business with this person, or got ripped off by him. Jose Vaquez Jr. from beckett.com emailed me several weeks ago and told me that he had 2 baseball cards I needed. 1. 2001 Leaf Rookies & Stars Longevity #154 Tim Christman 2. 2001 Topps Gallery Press Plates #125 Blue Tim Christman
He told me to make an offer, so I told him $20.00 plus S/H along with him sending the cards certified mail to me. Him sending the cards certified mail would give me a tracking number where I could track the cards to see where they are and when I would receive them. He agreed to this deal. I mail him a money order for $20.00 certified mail. I asked him if he received payment and he told me no, but I knew that wasn’t true because I had the returned certified mail with someone signature. He then told me he received payment and would send cards the next day. I told him I want the tracking number when he sent the cards. I have emailed him several times asking for the date he mailed the cards and the tracking number, he doesn’t respond. He broke his end of the deal. I have all copies of our emails from each other along with the money order receipt, certified mail receipt, and postal mailing receipt. I would like to get my cards that I paid for or my money back. Email me if you have dealt with this person. I would like for him to have to pay for ripping people off.
