So, again, Kobe is overrated. Not saying he is weak, but he is far from being the best (as you have stuck in your mind). Just to break it down to you.. the best would be something like Jordan in his prime. When there is no competition or argurments. The best would be Shaq. Whenever there are questions when asking who's the best.. then that person isn't the best. Kobe is not a leader. He doesn't make the players around him better. You can tell by their stats and most Kobe fans even said it themselves ("his team sucks right now"). A leader always makes his team play better. Jason Kidd for example. Nowhere near the best shooter in the league. There are no dominate players on his team. He took his team from a subpar season to the Championship game. The exact same team that Stephon Marbury had. Another leader would be Baron Davis. Other than Jamal Mashburn, who is inconsistant and has been injury prone, he doesn't have much to work with, yet they make the playoffs just about every season. Another leader is T-Mac. His team should be located next to a hospital. Grant Hill was ALWAYS on the injury list. So was Mike Miller. Up until this season, you had the super old Patrick Ewing and the has been Horace Grant. T-Mac still carried the team and made his players that he had available set up their game. Kobe can't seem to do that which is why Lakers have been losing.

It's funny how this guy is a "Big" fan and all but probably hasn't cashed in on Kobe at all. I never really liked Kobe but have made quite alot of money selling his cards (yes there are way too many collectors of Kobe). Don't mind if he does well at all, just makes my investments go up and up. Still wish I kept on to his Credentials RC #008/499 but a PSA 9 Cred is fine in my books.

I don't cash in on kobe son. I'm not an investor like you. I don't buy a t.v and plan to sell it for 1/4 what I bought it for 10 years later. I collect kobe which is what collecting should always be about. Collecting and investing are two diffrent things. I've sold plenty of kobe stuff to get other kobe stuff or jordan or just about whoever I felt like getting at the moment. You have to have balance in collecting. You should collect your favorite player whoever it is and leave it as that. If your in it this for investing then you need to bounce asap.

I collect for a hobby- I don't invest and act greedy when I sell or trade something. This post is for autobilia, because he always says kobe can't do what he does without shaq. um, the lakers are 2-2 and they have played 3 games againts top teams in san antonio and portland and one against the clippers, a team many picked to make the playoffs. They have the hardest early schedule in the leauge and kobe is carrying the team. If kobe got to play weak eastern conference teams like stackhouse and kidd, the lakers would be 3-1 or 4-0.

Lakers are 2-2. They beat a team who probably couldn't buy their way to the playoffs (sorry Clipper fans) and Portland who they barely beat in overtime. And that's really sad at your statement... "one against the clippers, a team many picked to make the playoffs". They may, but that is a VERY funny statement. That's almost like saying a lame football team who went winless last season are pick to win a game this season. The East isn't weak. It's balanced. Where are the worst 2-3 teams in the NBA (when it comes to records)? In the Western Conference (Golden State Warriors, Los Angeles Clippers, and Denver Nuggets). The Bulls are terrible now, but that is Jerry Krause fault. Whenever a player plays well, he has them traded off. Good example. Ron Mercer was the best player on the team after the Dynasty was over. They traded him to Indiana for Jalen Rose. Jalen Rose is the best scorer on the Bulls team, now they trying to trade him off.

Now back to what I was saying, since the East is weak, who is worse than the Clippers, Nuggets, and Warriors?
