Ever been surprised in a good way by a slab?

I bought the VAM top 100 (my only VAM right now) of Morgans and went through my slabs. All but one were the common ones, but one of my PL 1880 S Morgans is really VAM 8, the 8/7 Diagonal variety! Nice little premium, too. Pleasant surprise.
Anyone else find something unattributed in their slabs? I bet there is a gold mine in unattributed morgans in slabs.

What pleasantly surprised me about ACG slabs is how easily they open (no hammer necessary).

Here's a quote from their website:
"So, what is a VAM? The heart of collecting Morgan and Peace dollar varieties is based on the idea of a "VAM," which is an acronym for the two men credited with starting this fascinating segment of the market. In the early 1960's Van Allen and Mallis (VAM) developed the system of cataloguing Morgan and Peace dollars that we use now, where each different variety is called a VAM, and each has been assigned a VAM Number. It's as simple as that."
