It looks like a NGC. I've got a slab just like that, except the back has a hologram sticker with the company name on it. I've also got some with the same front, except it says Numismatic Guaranty Corporation below the barcode.
That hologram sticker doesn't seem like it would be too easy to remove, though.

That's a NGC slab - on the reverse there usually is a hologram - bluesheet bid $34 - greysheet bid $55 on sheets 5 months old.

What I find unigue is trying to sell a Morgan in the bullion section - hard to get more than $6 an oz there

I think what the seller may doing is showing an NGC slab, but sending ACG or NTC. Then when you complain the seller would refer you to the statement in the auction "cannot guarantee by which company". Just a guess though.

If you look closely at the back you can tell he has whited out the area where the hologram is.

I was thinking maybe they couldn't guarantee the company because the sticker was missing. But, now that you mention it... it doesn't say the picture is the actual coin you'll get.

Does the blank spot where the hologram goes look slightly different shade of white than the top part?
Maybe the sticker area was intentionally erased for purposes stated earlier.

Yes I would say the hologram has been digitally removed. The slab is an NGC slab produced between 1997 and July 2000 and also between October 2000 and July of 2001.

Sounds like a scam to me!!! Probably someone selling ACG coins using the more repected service holders for their bait and switch.

I think it is a bait and switch scam myself, and most likely it will be a coinworld slab with a home-made label, I don;t even thing it would be thrid party slab. This auction has sleeze written all over it.

OhOh did I forget to tell you the seller is The Morgan Mint
Anybody ever heard of them?
If you don't believe me just right click on the pictures of crap and they are linked directly to Morgan Mint inventory.
Oh, when you right click the pict you get a message box that says "Fuction Disabled"?
Just right click and hit "enter" at exactly the same time.

I had a teacher in 5th grade that had a pet peeve about the word unique. It means ONE AND ONLY ONE.

I like the fact the seller can't guarantee by which company it was professionally graded by.

Probably can't guarantee the coin will be the same either.
