Why aren't the SMS coins included in the Registry...

The Sacagaweas have the Millenium and Goodacre coins as part of the registry and are not optional. Just curious. I htink they should be a required part of the registry. They are fairly easily obtainable and could make for additional interest. I woul dpu tthe DCAM's and CAM's in the proofs and the non-CAM's in the circulation categories.
