PCGS grading and counterfeit book pictures?

I was just looking through the pictures in my copy of the PCGS coin grading and counterfeit detection book and I noticed on pages C-38 and C39 they use the same coin and in one picture it's called a 64/65 and in the other picture it's called a 63/64. Am I missing something or is this why they graded my 11-D a 63 when it looks better than 65's I own. mike

I find that what is described and pictured is not the same I see on the market.
