Opened a box of 2002 UD POH football....

Hey,

Bought one box of 2002 UD Piece of History Football for $33 - I have to say that this is a great product. The base card set is very nice and I pulled a ton of stuff for my money. The GU cards were not great players but that was just the luck of the draw. I recommend everyone checking it out.....not only did I get almost the entire base set (minus like 3 cards) but I pulled these:

NFL History in the Making Eric McCoo RC GU jersey #1470/1500
Big Game Jersey Ron Dayne GU jersey (1:48)
History in the Making Lamar Gordon RC #0010/2002
Hitmakers Kevin Hardy (1:30)
Big Game Ed McCaffrey (1:6)
Big Game Isaac Bruce
Big Game Junior Seau
Big Game Dorsey Levens
Rookie Glory Anthony Thomas (1:7)
Rookie Glory Edgerrin James
Rookie Glory Charles Woodson
Rookie Glory Curtis Martin
National Honor Ron Dayne (1:9)
National Honor Eric Crouch
National Honor Desmond Howard

Let me know if you are interested in any of these. Thanks.

Ken

  • Alex,

Well, everyone has different tastes....but the base cards are very attractive for a cheap product and you can't complain about getting the entire base set, 2 GU jersey cards (1 a RC jersey and 1 veteran jersey) and a #'d rookie in a box that costs $33. Granted, I got crappy players...but I just as easily could have gotten a David Carr or Joey Harrington RC jersey.

  • Eric McCoo was a running back at Penn State. Far as I know, he wasn't very good.

I personally liked POH, very low price and tons of inserts and GU. Plus base card design is very clean and attractive.
