battier, yeah, I hate it when it happens to me. One time I sent at the same time in a trade and didn't get my cards until 2 months later and that made me mad. But I have to admit I've done it before to people. If my job gets hectic and I'm busy and have to work late every night for a week I might forget but I always tell the person I haven't sent yet and throw in some extra cards to make it up. Like when me and PSASPORTS traded I sent about 5 days later but I threw in an Austin Keanrs minor league card to make it up and he was cool with it. chillin, I agree with you too. I have about 40 trading refs plus eBay refs and 5 of my trading refs are from CU members even though we met through other trade sites. But people here still want me to send first since I just joined CU. Well, I found a couple cool guys who didn't and I appreciate that. Andrew

im not going to say this guys name but once i had a trade with someone and i agreed to send first. The guy said he got my cards and even said he had a recept from the PO that he sent it. A week later i emailed him because I didnt get his card and he said, "IM sooo sorry! I found your cards in the backseat of my car. I wil send them out now." I eventually got the cards

So i wonder, how can someone prove they sent something when they didnt? this guys a real piece of work

i have seen that before they said o i just found the cards in my car.. I always send insured so then i would have proof becasue the postoffice gives you a slip with all the info on it and also if it gets lost in the mail then you have something to cover it.

Yet another reason I stopped trading. Too many problems for what it's worth. I hear people say it's fun, but if it is so fun, why all the complaints? Here is a list of problems with trading:

1. Getting ripped off.
2. Receiving cards not in the condition the card was suppose to be in.
3. Person you trading with don't send when you both agreed.
4. The negotiating on trades (people not having anything you want).
5. People backing out of an agreed deal.
6. "lost or damaged mail" because the person didn't package well.
7. Getting tons of PM's from 1 person who wants to trade 100 $1 cards for a $100 card.
8. Not receiving everything you suppose to have gotten in a trade.
9. Not many even trades. People wanting the better half of the deal.

and the list goes on.

i agree auto....thats why i only trade withe certain people(mature traders) there are not many left ...the longest it took me to get someones card was like 2 months or more....i was madder than a beach..

Hey battier, whose sending your cards out this week? Your mom, or your "wife?" Seems like you can't get your stories straight when telling people why their cards are delayed. I remember one week when you told me your wife would send, and then told my freind Dennis the next day that your mom would send since you weren't old enough to drive to the PO. You need to make sure people don't talk to each other, or at least get your excuses straight.
