I don't understand why you run the option there?
Why not just QB sneak it or give your QB the option to pass or run. Don't run to the damn sideline, that is just like another defender right there. Great game though.

yes, great game.. Dont see why they ran the option either.. I wanted the Cyclones to win too (live in Iowa).. Seneca will have a huge year...

Maybe it's me, but I don't think in any football game that either team scores more than 20 points is a good game. There nothing like watching a defensive squad taking over the game. But hey, thats me. I did enjoy Maurice Clarett destory Texas Tech, that boy(if he stays healthy) someday is gonna be onehelluvaplayer.

Florida State is my team so I did not want to see that. I think it was a great game and I have to give it up to senaca. he played great. Florida State better play better next week

didn't see the game... i was watching my Skins beat up on Tampa (40-10 final score)... but i DID see the FSU/ISU highlights and talk about a BLOWN CALL!!!! ISU got screwed... that game should have gone to OT...

I don't think that was a blown call.The ref was right at the goal line.Of course,being a Seminole fan, I would think that anyway...lol

First of all, FSU is going to suck again.

Second, on those who question the option call...well, hinsight is 20/20 now isn't it. The play call made as much sense as any at the time, you're rushing, you want to confuse thedefense so you give your QB some options. FSU just stayed at home and strung it out perfectly. Nothing they can do about that. As for a QB sneak..that would have been idiotic, they weren't inches from the goal line, they were like 2 1/2 feet.
