PCGS and NGC slabbing question

Of the coins you have submitted to either of these services, what percentage of your coins came back in a different state other than how they were submitted, (fingerprints, scuffs, hair in case, etc).
I'm pretty concerned about sending any coins to either of these services based on some of the posts I have read and the fact that I have a 2002 Indiana NGC PF69 Ultra Cameo that all of a sudden grew a spot on the reverse at about 7 O'clock. It's very disturbing that this coin was contaminated. Thanks for any input.....

I've had none damaged by either service out of a couple hundred submitted, but I have had some proofs cloud in the mint packaging. I think this year's coins must be getting treated or stored differently than in the past.
and it sets us apart from practitioners and consultants. Gregor
