Fresh rumors are now out about a sign-and-trade taking Mavs' restricted free agent Wang Zhizhi plus 'somebody with a bigger contract' to balance out salaries to Toronto for Hakeem Olajuwon and another body.

It's possible that Nick Van Exel get's involved only to be shipped to the Knicks. I'm hoping the Raptors get Wang....Olajuwon is just too d@mn old to even fart...at least Wang can bomb three's all day. Not to mention how many more fans he would bring to games (Toronto has big asian population) Here's hoping to the end of the dream/nightmare....

God, when is Hakeem "I'm Too Old It Seems" Olajuwon gonna retire?! He needs to GIVE IT UP! Not only is he hurting his numbers by continuing playing basketball (average wise), but he's probably knocking a lot more cartilage with all that grinding he does. He's like Ewing and Sabonis...no legs whatsoever. Some people just can't let go. Just like MJ...it'd be GREAT if he came back for one last season...but why risk it if your knees are fu^ked up? He's MJ though, so anything is possible I guess...

Wang is awesome. He'd definitely help Toronto, and getting Hakeem outta there would help big time. This kid can definitely reign 3's on anyone! I wouldn't mind seeing him in the three-point contest in the all-star game this season....(which will be in Atlanta baby!!! I'll be going to that for sure since I only live about 50 miles from Philips Arena ).

btw, I can't imagine Exel playing for the Knicks...although anything is possible these days.

Hmph... Wang AND "somebody with a bigger contract"? If this is for real, Vince cards could shoot up if he's going to be on a team that could have a great shot at the Conference Finals (which they most certainly would for Wang + 1). Verrrry interesting
