    Interesting post.

Long ago this fellow posted a series of auctions and in the description was lamenting the fact that his beautiful color coins weren't bringing the big bucks that others were bringing on ebay.

I wrote him and explained that regardless of how great the color might be, if he posted a pic of a coin that looked like it was taken in a closet with a 20 watt bulb, he couldn't expect to get strong money for his coins. I even offered to help him with his photography (if he'd give me first shot at some of his material) but he never took me up on the offer.

I'm now wondering if he doesn't want his pics to be so questionable. Note his return policy: ALL SALES FINAL.

He's got a bunch of so called monster rainbow toned coins but the photographs of every one of them is terrible. You would think if he's serious about selling coins, especially toned coins, that he'd take the time to get quality photographs. Otherwise it seems like a major waste of his time and money.

I have made a habit of avoiding this seller's auctions like a plague because of his/her awful images. This isn't anything new; I don't know how you can have virtually hundreds of "monsters" yet lack the skill to image them properly. This selling tactic, to me, is a variation of the bondman22 strategy.

How about we combine the two names for BondSales and just use BS for short.image
