Have you ever owned 1/2 of a coin?

Many forum members will remember the outrageous money that I paid for an outrageously toned 1982 PR69 Washington Commem sold on ebay by Supercoin.
Well, I didn't own it but for a day or so before Adrian (Anaconda) paid me an even more outrageous price at the TNA in Ft. Worth. Adrian ran an auction or two on ebay but the coin didn't meet his reserve.
While at the ANA, I was talking to Jack Beymer of Santa Rosa, CA and he just couldn't stop talking about the coin. Jack said it was the prettiest coin he'd ever seen. I told him that at the time Adrian was running an auction on the piece but I was waiting for him to run it again without reserve so I could buy back at a better price than what he'd paid for it.
Jack suggested that he and I buy the coin and 'split' it! I like Jack and although I'd never done a single transaction with him, I decided, what the heck. To make a long story short, he and I now own the coin. Adrian sent it to me and I sent it to Jack who does more shows than I. Hopefully he'll display it at every show because it's worth seeing.
What I don't know now is how we 'share' the coin. Should I keep it half the year and let him have it the other half? How about even months versus odd months? Suggestions?

I'm married, ergo...
Usually such a deal is made with the intention of either one selling their half to the other or selling it to a third party and spliting the profit.

Good one Supercoin! Btw I own a Jefferson clipped planchet (40%) so I think that qualifies. I tried to get it half price, the dealer just laughed.
<< <i>Crack it out of the slab before flipping it. The slab might weigh more on one side than the other. We want the flip to be fair. >>
Greg- that's why I said pick tails. In the PCGS holder the slab/coin will land 51% of the time on the reverse (tails). Recently the Federal Government spent 5.5 million on a grant studying this issue and came up with that scientific evidence.
