Can we get a PR70 holder? Was: What's a 1974-S Kennedy PR70DCAM worth?

I'm posting this in response to the post of the PR70 Kennedy which looks PR67 in the scans.
The reason is that the scans look to me to be picking up a bunch of surface scratches on the holder, not necessarily the coin itself.
I have a few coins that are really nice (nothing special, they just look nice.) However, the holders are blemished or there is mark on the holder from being handled a lot, etc.
In fact I looked at a bunch of my PR69's just now and 50% of the holders make the coin look PR67
My question is is there a way to get the holder to look as pristine as the coin? Probably not is my guess.
Furrther, how on earth could you ever get a decent scan of a holdered PR70 unless it was just holdered last week or if the holder is also in a holder

I have had some nasty scratches straight out of the box.
There is a polish that they sell to remove scratches from CD's and it works pretty well on the slabs for anything that is not too deep.
I have a couple of nice Kennedy halves that could use the $5 re-slab special.

Not sure it would help the aforementioned PR70, as it doesn't work as well for removing tick marks, scratches, and globs o' gunk from the coin itself.

Good point, however, I wager that if you see any thread in this entire board with more than 5 posts you will see someone ripping on ACG. Isn't that exactly the same kind of thing, i.e. NOT buying the plastic.
Also, open up your "Bluesheet". My gosh an entire weekly newsletter that is 100% about nothing but buying the plastic.
There appears to be a significant market to plastic.
In fact, I'd wager that 90% of this board buys the plastic whether they will admit it or not.
In fact, I don't even need to wager that 99% of eBay is buying the plastic. Just look at the auctions and you'll see that. PCGS coins that look terrible go for more than nice looking ICG's.
Most everyone is buying the plastic. Hey, plastic is cool! So, everyone cut it a little slack
