cost was 1100 + 50 (s&h) + 150(repair estimate) = 1300, ask = 1800, that is only 38% profit, NOT 150%. NOT outrageous in this old collectors humble opinoin.
Is it possible that big _ _ _ dent under the date is where it was plugged (Image w/o slab). If so, can't see how he can claim you can't see with a loupe.

Estate or no, I find it hard to believe that a coin with that much value would not have made it's way to a grading service at some point in the past.

Being in a SEGS holder makes a coin beyond question and thus ineligible for a return?!
