Home PCGS Set Registry Forum

Time too Flame & Bash Someone.

Crap am I getting tired of reading the same old Horse Manure everyday. It seems to me that some one could every once in awhile come up with a new subject which would be interesting and of value too collectors in reguard to where a coin series is heading or the popularity of the series. Guess Not as the same old Crap has been posted Day In and Day Out for the last year I have been on these Forumns. I am really suprised that other collectors have not vented thier frustration also with this problem.

Now the Major Problem.

With the recent (3 Years Ago or longer) Auction Sale of a PCGS MS66FB 1919D dime for $212,500 this Series is suddenly being looked upon ....BLAH, Blah, blah

Is any other Collectors getting tired of these Out Dated Registry Set Headers that are used ???

    Ken,

    How about:

"As one of the most popular series since children started looking thru change for coins to put in their coin books, this series is now popular with all age groups. There are tuff coins and easy coins in the series and can be collected in a wide range of grades to accomodate the different levels of buying ability."

    This series rocks.

Thats also much better than the Out Dated, Boring, Dull statement that has been up there.

I have to put this on hold as I'm out the door for LA to take care of a Furry Pawed Creature. Be back in 4 days hopefully. At least if the Furry Guy gets the best of Me I will not have to read the boring statement any more. There's something good in every thing.image

What do you mean who will get the beer, Im the beer or am I a bear. Its all so confusing. Does it hurt very much to get hit by a Fairlaine, will it leave marks, do I have to bleed much. Will I still be able to eat pine cones when its all over. I warn you car man, I will get wondercoin to file a lawsuit. Not only that, but my suit will have a vest and two pairs of pants attached. Lets see, verbal abuse, threat of bodily harm and emotional distress. In addition , I think some of my fur is coming out in bunches. I think Your making me go bald. Who every heard of a bald bear.

Yea I thought something was Fishy about a Californian siding with a Oregonian against another Californian. Crap now I have too Hammer 2 Creatures. Maybe before I'm done in LA I can put the whole place out of its Misery except the "Dodgers" that is. Aw add the "Transplanted Lakers Also". Actually I liked them better when they were in Minneapols. (SP) LA is easier to spell though.

hmmmmmmmmmmmm very interesting well i posted three new threads on the coin forums with what i thought were attatchemtns of some unusual coins with descriptions and i hardly got any responses and most of the responses was just me reposting ..........lol

i guess many are not really interested in US numismatics

i do see many threads that are really not about coins and to me kind of funny nonsence and these get all the responses

                but that is okie

i hope there is a coin board that has more about US numismatics somewhere out there or yet soon! to be on the world wide web!!

Michael - Sometimes people need a bit of silly relief just to get the bitter tast of stress out of our mouth. BE ASSURED we always get back to coins eventually. Many good threads never seem to get a response on a given day. I guess its a bit like 3rd party coin grading, it all depends on the mood of the participants. Bear

Lighten Up a little. In my 55+ years I have found a little Humor and friendly Banter between folks never hurt a thing. As the Bear said this nonsense relieves stress and causes a few tears to come too the eyes every once in awhile.
Truthfully there is a Big difference between the Registry Board and the Coin Board. Nuf said about that.
Heck this Actually started as a Serious Thread and Regressed Down Hill from there. Heck now you can comment on the PCGS Headers that have been Posted since the Dawn of Creation with No changes. What Do You think they should do about these out of date, boring descriptions PCGS saddles our sets with.

Sorry man, not taking sides, but I couldn't find anything to rhyme with Fairlane. Actually, I appreciate the humor here, I just posted on the 'other' board and will probably get thoroughly flamed toasted. Hmmm, I posted right after Bear on that one, so he gets first shot!

I genuinely can't bear to see a bear barely hanging on in these parts. We have lots of bears bearing berries here in TN. Being a bear brings to mind bears named Barry who bared a bear's berries before brunch.

Grip - Glad you enjoyed them. We got some criticism for playing around with nonsense instead of sticking with coin related issues. But sometimes, you just have to be silly and laugh , if you are going to make it thru the day. Bear and my buds, big tony , crazy Harry and Fairlanemanimage
