I finally got back from vacation. I went to the Outer Banks, specifically Rodanthe. I looked for coin shops and couldn't find any. I did make my parents stop at a "junk" shop on Manteo Island. They had one American coin there. A 1912 Liberty Walking Liberty Half, it graded AG-3, the price was $40.00. I passed on it.
We went on a dolphin watch tour and saw a bunch of dolphins. We also went on a sunset cruise on a catamaran called the Sebagio. The beach house was excellent. The ocean was nice and warm.
There wasn't one part of the trip that I didn't like.

Maybe a 1914 Peace Dollar. This is right up there with that 1892-O Morgan in AG 3.5 that Airplanenut found for $40 in New Orleans.
