I traded u $270 worth of cash and cards. I have already called the police dept and they recommended that I file a civil lawsuit in small claims court for non-retrieval of my goods as was stated in the deal. You are not to send to Alabama Slammer. Me and him have nothing to discuss any more. If u don't respond to this message within 48 hours preliminary legal action will take place.

So it is simple send me my cards or the cards I traded + the $10 cash.
or face legal action.

i contacted mob and this is what he said

ripped him off. So Mob/alabamaslammer/Triple Threat ripped him off back. He thinks they are even. I just chatted with him on MSN Messenger. They may be even.

But both are crooks. LON/ljmaya is a crook. He lives in Anahiem, California. If anyone has any problems with him I will assist you and pursue him legally as I live VERY close to him. Being that the other crook lives in Denmark you may have a problem with him. I do not care how many good deals they did before. BOTH ARE NOW CROOKS. DO NOT TRADE WITH THEM. IF YOU DO PREPARE TO BE RIPPED OFF. ONCE A CROOK ALWAYS A CROOK.

TripleThreat/Mob asked me to help him get his cards back from an prior trade which had gone bad with Lon/ljmaya. TripleThreat had sent the wrong package to Lon and Lon kept them saying that they were "finders keepers" as they were nice cards. I called Lon's house and his aunt said he was not there. I got busy and did not follow up right away. TripleThreat/Mob messaged me asking what I thought of him stealing his cards back. I told him not to do that. I explained that it made him into what he resented about Lon. He went ahead anyway and tricked Lon into a deal with yet another bogus account and stole back from Lon.

TripleThreat was a Cadet at SCS and had the chance to be part of the team. SCS works for honesty and integrity in online trading. He was preoccupied with getting what he called "even". I was preparing to go over and physicaly talk to his aunt to see that Lon gave back what was not his. But now it has now cost TripleThreat his membership at SCS because he is a crook. We can not have people stealing for whatever reason, even if they think it is justified...

Legal action is a joke. TripleThreat/Mob lives in Denmark. He had the same problem, just in reverse, when Lon stole from him in the begining...

David Diec is one of the biggest thieves overseas. He has so many different email addys it will make your head spin. Anything bad that happens to him IS Justified since he has ripped of countless traders and loves to prey on the new guys because people that have been around know all about that bag of dung.

Sounds like both were definitely wrong. You might want to consider screening the people that you accept to your site a little closer...especially calling it SportsCardSherriff.....it seems that it was well known by many people that David Diec (alabamaslammer/MOB/Triple Threat) was a scammer.

Just because he had prior trades that went well does not mean that he is not a thief. All it takes is ONE time. Many online traders and even many sellers at eBay get a nice list of references and positive feedbacks only to steal from 1 in 100. So, you may have missed his "ding" this time...willl you next time?

Again, because YOU have had good deals with him does not mean he is not a thief. Your statement that he is "by far one of the top traders of this board" is a slap in the face of every HONEST trader on CU. Calling me a "retard" and cussing will not change the facts. Lon is one of the best traders on this site, as well as any other site he belongs to. He not only trades well (quickly, insured, packed nicely etc) but will get you cards that you want. He has helped me greatly w/ my Q Rich, 02 SPx, and Jumaine Jones set (includding PSA 10's, low numbered etc). I'd love for you to give some support to your argument, but saying AlabamaSlammer (who you called a rip) said Lon is a rip, doesn't make sense. Could you acutally believe someonem, who you believe to be a rip?????

You guys are missing something. He admits in the quote abovet that he has things that are not his. The other crook, TripleThreat/mob/alabamawhatever asked for my help MONTHS AGO. I looked into it. Lon had kept things that were not his to keep. I do not question that he has done right by other trades. I do not know other bad trades that the crook from Denmark has done. I do know that when he was considering a month or so ago to steal back the cards he asked my opinion. I told him NOT TO. I told him that it is wrong no matter what and that give it time, I would help him get his cards back.

When I found out today that he went ahead with the crime I immediately banned him at SCS and blocked him via email and IM. He is a crook. ljmaya can have done everything right by all sorts of others and then throw it all away on ONE DEAL by keeping something that is not his. That is exactly what he did...and he admits it. This should have been taken care of MONTHS ago by ljmaya sending back the cards that were not his. PERIOD.

If there were serious repercussions for Bad Traders it would help to avoid Bad Trades. Friends and former good trades can make you believe in someone who later betrays his good reputation for one stupid act. It is sad to see someone do that after so many good trades evidently this is what happened. I hope he makes it right. I also hope that the multi-named crook from Denmark does not continue ripping people off whether he feels justified or not...

I hope you guys get to the bottom it this and sort it all out. Do not let your former good trades cloud your open minds. Recover them both if you can and help them see how important their reputation is. I am out of here for a few days. I need the break. I am going to go Jet Ski the Colorado and ride some wakes...

Who is mentally challenged here. The Denmark fool expected the trade to go down right. It was for a much smaller amount. He traded away the stuff he got from Yama not knowing that he had already screwed it up by sending the wrong package. Lon kept WAY more in cards then he had coming. Lon even admits it... Both are wrong.

Lon is a very good trader and I trust him the most, as well as a few other traders here on CU, and of course, TR.

I have made about 13 trades with him... so many that I can remember his address off the top of my head
we probably have had over $1000 total bv out of those trades and they all worked out fine.
Do not take anything against Lon... he is a great trader and a great guy (or friend)

Since you had to bring my name into this, I'll tell you what you did wrong in this situation. It is a little time consuming, but if you truely wanted to get this resolved, you should of listened to both sides of the story. Of course, both sides will be different. And the things that doesn't match, you ask the other party about (as I did in the biggjc and Josher416) situation. When listening to both sides, both sides always leave out very important details. Once you get the full story on what made the trade go bad, you try to get them to send whatever cards they agreed on and try to get both of them to agree on when and how they will send to fix the trade.

I haven't dealt with ljmaya or AlabamaSlammaHammer, but I've heard some negative things about both (ie. ljmaya backing out of deals and AlabamaSlammaHammer ripping people off). Out of all honesty, I wouldn't believe much of what AlabamaSlamma has to say. He changes his name and e-mail address like once a month. He on multiple bad trading lists on different sites and I know a few people he's tried to rip off. I never heard off ljmaya ripping anyone, but if they both wanted to work things out, they could find someone to act as a middleman. That middleman would receive and check to make sure everything is there and then mail out the card(s) to whoever suppose to receive.

By the way, where did this trade take place?

That is great. I do not doubt you guys. I know you have had good trades with him. That is a good thing. I was asked repeatedly for several months now to help the Demark guy. I even called Lons house. I read the emails. I believe that I have a fair sense of what happened. I do not think Lon should have kept the cards. I think that Denmark guy should never have cheated him back, regardless of feeling he was justified. So, that is the only reason I am involved. I have a lot of information on it. I do not think Lon contests the fact that he kept cards that were not meant for him. I want to stay out of their business at this point. That I why I elected someone else who has a site and is well known to weigh in on it...

im not quite sure whats going on here because ive been away, but here is my .02:

LJMAYA: some bad deals in the past, i have made 2 successful great trades with him and now consider him to be a good trader

ALABAMA/DIEC: huge ripoff....once tried to deal with him, he jerked me around, and said he had to send it to his cousin in Connecticut...and that i should send my end to his cousin, and i told him the deal was off because i didnt like how he was changing everything, and it had been 3 weeks at that point

MOB: im assuming this is the a-hole cousin that lives in CT...that Diec was sending to...i didnt want to have any part with either of these wierdos so i called the deal off

again, ive been away, but from what ive been able to acertain, alabama and mob teamed up and ripped off lon, which is not cool...seriously, these these 2 douches need to have legal action taken against them...if not the ass from denmark, the guy here in the US.

I don't know either of these guys...and have never traded with either...so I am not taking sides. It's obvious that numerous people have had good trades with ljmaya. I think that a lot of people are missing one thing here though - did ljmaya really keep cards that were mistakenly sent to him and refuse to return them? I don't have any idea what the true answer is to that question.

If not, then this whole discussion is a bunch of bullsh*t trying to cover up for a couple of bad traders in Denmark. If so, then I can't believe I am saying this.....but I agree with akafocus....that does tarnish ljmaya's reputation as a trader. How would you guys feel if you made one stupid mistake and sent a couple hundred dollars worth of cards to the wrong person, talked to them and they still refused to send them back to you?

Ok first of all it is well established that Triple Threat aka all those other names is definetely a bad trader. Many people have come forth to say so. The real question I believe is this, "Is Lon a bad trader?" First of all I would like some answers b/c I would like to help out here. First question...who is Lon...is he ljmaya? Next, did Lon keep cards that weren't his? and not ever send them back? If he did then he is a bad trader and a thief. As for not being a bad trader because of all the good trades hes done...thats foolish. If I ripped you guys off right now would I still be a good trader because of all the good trades I've done? I don't think so...
