WINSARC....BAD TRADER!!!!

I haven't gotton a game used bat card from him in 3 weeks! he told me he sent it on july 26, then last monday. now it is august 14. this is really bad on his part. i know he got my card in 3 days after i shipped it, according to a pm he sent me. has anyone else had problems with him? all i have to say is...beware of him. this is the first person out of 20+ on this board that i have had a problem with.
please keep this on the top so that everyone can read it. thanks.

winsarc sent me a pm that says its very funny i'm acting like this...man i lost a card. i gave my donruss griffey rc for a gu that never came. all i want is a replacement of the griffey back. how hard is that? this is the first problem out of 23 trades that this has happened. anyways, ttt.

this was winsarc's pm. there was no mention of replacement or anything.

the truth is, i got ripped off, plain and simple. i don't think the card got lost in the mail cause there are several people who haven't gotton their cards for weeks now.

all i have to say is, winsarc is a BAD TRADER!

Hope this isn't a repaet of my heavyd experience...took 2 1/2 months to get cards from him...at least he finally made good on the trade

Hey - what's up man? Having traded with you and talked to you quite a bit about 6-8 weeks back you seemed like a good guy and an excellent trader. Our trade went very smoothly. Remster, Coachvinny, and Chillin are all great traders and you should make good on your deals. If the card got lost in the mail and you didn't insure it, then it's on you to replace the card or send theirs back. Fix this so that we can trade again in the future!

He says in his pm that it's not important to send a replacement or refund right now. he'll do it whenever he has time. this is b.s. all i want is a replacement or a refund. there are two others on this board who are pissed off. do not trade with winsarc. i will ttt one more time today before i go home so everyone can see this.

No i never said that it wasn't important. I said that it was not on the top of my list of things to do. I have bigger things to worry about that actually matter right now. Don't get me wrong it does matter but not as much to me as it does you. You will get your card so don't worry your head off or whatever you do. I will try and get them out ASAP. I am very sorry it is takin this long.

Winsarc you got it wrong... It should be at the top of your list, I know life and other things come before cards, but you can get in legal trouble with this called mail fraud.. If they wanted to all 3 could contact the postal department and the fbi mail fraud service and you could get into big trouble.. Im sure you dont want to mess with that...

Maybe if you gave us an idea of what the problem is we might understand. Even if it is general terms.We all know life can get in the way of other things but I think we have been patient (at least I think I have) you can PM me if you don't want the info public

I really don't want to see you ruin what was a good reputation you have as a trader.It may seem secondary now but if you enjoy collecting and trading online it could come back to haunt you
