Well at least on the Soriano auto they are. Alfonso has a long ways to go to be even considered a potential HOFer. For that money, you could pick up an autograph of several HOF legends. Very bad investment in my opinion. Not sure about the Rice - seems a little high but any hard to find issues of a first ballot HOFer are always nice to have. A Rice collector may pay a lot for that one.....
