How do I remove Scratches From Slabs?

I feel like this topic has been asked / discussed many times on the forum, but finding answers that work is rather hard. There may also be new ways to remove scratches since the last time questions such as this have popped up. So far I've tried headlight cleaner as well as vegetable oil. Headlight cleaner seems to ruin slabs and vegetable oil works but only for a little bit. Any recommendations?

When I detail the inside of my car, I use PLASTX on the plastic in the dashboard.
It is good for minor scratches and leaves a shine. It is like a cream so it does
not harm the plastic in any way.
oops, I meant that info to be useful and realize now it wasn’t. My apologies
I once got a slab from an auction house that was wrapped in bubble wrap. Somehow the bubble wrap marks ended up on my holder. They would not come off no matter what I tried. The coin had to be reholdered. If the scratches are bad enough, just have it reholdered.
Just sell it - no more scratches at all

Re-holdering may just be cheaper if one considers all the time/money spent on finding an at-home fix!
