Question about 1969 topps baseball master set

Hi everyone, does anyone know why the PSA Registry in the 1969 topps baseball master set has eliminated card #444 yellow letter Joe Moeller? Makes no sense., being there is a yellow letter and a white letter. It’s all members on the whole registry! Thanks for your time.
