How do I add a recently completed order to my inventory?

This seems pretty basic, and I've done it before in the old account / order interface, but I dont see how to do it now.
There once was a "Add coin to inventory" action from the order, but I do not see it.
Maybe I am just missing it, or need to wait a bit more?

    Minutes later, I explored around and found it.
    I had to go to the menu list under my registry (upper left), go to my orders, find the order in my list, click on it, and THAT had the add to inventory action.

    I realize now, what I posted may have been confusing.
    Under My Account, the new UI for (completed) orders in the My Orders list does not seem to have the add to inventory action. I thought it may have in the past. (SUG: A simple link to the PCGS order number would fix that.)
    Under Set Registry (the screen shot above), the order in My Orders DOES have that capability.
