Slot request open since May

I entered a slot request for a single certification back in May that is still "open" after 7+ months. There's no way that I found to prompt the Set Registry folks to take a look at this (or do slot requests sometimes take this long?). Any help is appreciated.

I have a number open much longer than that, so if you are successful, I would love to know how myself
Talked to a representative at the Chicago Sportstacular. He forwarded my email. I have several over two years.
