Any update on the 1922 Cent Book?

IIRC the manuscript was done months ago, but have not heard anything lately, nor could find anything new searching CU and Google. Any insight would be appreciated!

    The pages are being pasted up. I expect to get galleys to check any day now.

    Old scho0ol name for page proofs to be checked before going to press. I have no idea what they call them now.

    When I started working for Coin World in 1973 they were still setting hot type on a linotype machine. They went through a couple of generations of new technology while I was there and by the time I left were experimenting with these newfangled things called "computers."
