PMG certified confederate note--mislabeled 1863

I called PMG about this note and they were not easy to work with, contrary to what I've seen with PCGS. I had to try to reach them several times, they said something about a two week time frame to correct improper labels. Finally I found the way to get a note like this sent back and corrected and sent it back to them. By accident I was looking for a UPS shipment, why PMG uses them is hard to fathom, and I just found out that PMG refused the shipment claiming it was "damaged" and that was weeks ago. So now I have to try to find out where UPS has it and what's next.
