No, it's 90% silver with the same dimensions as a Morgan/Peace dollar. This was actually produced by the US mint for Cuba.
On the coin, the 26.7295g specifies the weight of the coin in grams and 900 M is the purity (90% silver).
I just updated the picture with one that's more representative of the coin in hand.
