FSHO: Caesar Gold - Domitian Aureus rev. Spes Advancing in NGC VF (last chance before Long Beach!)

For your consideration and For Sale Here Only is a Domitian as Caesar AV Aureus rev. Spes Advancing, one of the famed "12 Caesars". It is graded VF with 5/5 strike and 1/5 surface for being an ex-jewelry piece many years ago. Really incredible to see in hand with a solid gold color, and none of the ex-jewelry marks are distracting.
In the last 6 years, Domitian Aureus Caesars with the Spes Advancing reverse have only come to auction 5 times from what I have found, all at Heritage. They are as follows in order of grade:
1) F, 5/5 Strike 3/5 Surface, with edge filing: sold on January 16, 2024 for $2,880
2) Choice F, 5/5 Strike 4/5 Surface: sold on May 8, 2022 for $4,080
3) Choice XF, 4/5 Strike 2/5 Surface, also with marks: sold on May 14, 2023 for $9,600
4) Choice AU (repaired): sold on January 8, 2018 for $12,000
5) Choice AU, 4/5 Strike 4/5 Surface: sold on August 19, 2021 for $30,000
