What do you think of this 50$? Looks like a pencil mark but when i tried to erase it, it doesn't go

Looks like a partial stamp from a bank. Kind of like they rested the stamp on top of that bill.

When they strap up a bundle of notes, they wack the strap with an official bank stamp.
