Easy, the pic has to be on a site. Then right click the pic and go to properties . Then copy the website it gives you. Then put this:

find a pic you like right click on it go down to properties thing pops up and it has a url address copy it and put it in sig line like this
[IMG]link[/IMG***] take the *** out.
