Is this a trick question?
None of them are a 1967 penny and none are a doubled die.

My current Registry sets:
✓ Everyman Mint State Carson City Morgan Dollars (1878 – 1893)
✓ Everyman Mint State Lincoln Cents (1909 – 1958)
✓ Morgan Dollar GSA Hoard (1878 – 1891)
1967 ? Not seeing.
Whatever coin you have pictured - it is from a worn die. The elongated letters streching towards the rim and the formint of a "Ridge Ring" are tell tale signs of Die Deterioration.
