I'm curious what is the most that you have ever submitted the same coin for grading. Reslab, crackout, or reconsideration?

3 times, different result each time. 3rd time I agreed with the grade.

4 for me. This coin has been on an interesting journey. It started as a raw eBay find; then went to Anacs (one of my early grading submissions to any TPG) where it graded AU 55. Years later I sent it to NGC where it got an MS 62 (no star). Then my first ever PCGS sub included this coin. It received UNC Details Machine Damage. And now it received a 62 no star from NGC (hey they were consistent!). I kept trying because of all the different opinions and because this is an uncommon date for color.

I have an 1884-CC PCGS MS64+ DMPL morgan that has 12+ mirrors on BOTH SIDES....I THOUGHT this coin was an MS65 or MS66 DMPL, ya know ownership adds a point.... 1st time RAW...came back MS64DMPL- 2nd time - crack out - MS64PL....was stunned....3rd time crack out - MS64+ DMPL.....so i took it and was done..... three different type(s) of grades on three attempts......

The image won't open. Your 84cc sounds like a beauty and I would love to see a pic if able. Thanks

Four times for a coin I thought was dmpl and finally obtained the status on the last submission.

Twice, a raw large cent that came back as "Questionable Authenticity" from ANACS first and then the same result from PCGS...

    Still raw...

I resubmit frequently, though it doesn’t always pan out. It does enough to make it worthwhile.
19-D 50c unc details cleaned to au58 (and cac)
    1918 5c au55 to ms62
    20-D 25c ms63 to ms64
This has coke back unc details cleaned several times, though the 27-S is a funky looker in general, I just don’t see any cleaning.

MS66 taste on an MS63 budget.
