When did the TPG's stop certifying certain 1922 cents as "No D, Weak Reverse" varieties?

Does anybody know when the three TPG's stopped calling certain 1922 cents from die pairs No. 1 and No. 3 (and No. 4 in the case of ANACS) "No D, Weak Reverse" and started grouping them in with the "Weak D, Weak Reverse" coins? No problem, just trying to figure out for the book I am writing about 1922 cents when this universal change in the terminology took place.

Any idea who did it first? And second?

Does anybody know if any press releases were ever sent out about the change?

I don't recall but I'm sure @WaterSport does. I remember the announcement and me and many others thought it was BS. You can look at my weak reverse all day long with a microscope and there is no D visible....

So a forum member a day or so before I posted this thread pointed out that the weak rev was no longer listed in the registry sets. Needless to say, it pissed me off. But I think the explanation was a consensuses of sorts from those in the know. Not sure when the other TPGs stopped recognizing it.
