Here Steve, a little extra treat.

Daly had a heckuva good run in that tournament. Quite astonishing considering his age, 55 years old, and his physical condition. My hats off to him.

I just hope he hasn't blown all the winnings at some stinkin' casino already, as Daly is notoriously known as a compulsive gambler.

Speaking of coincidences, Daly has stated before that he has lost 55 million dollars gambling, which as mentioned is the same number as his age.

I don't follow golf. I just googled John Daly and something else before my previous post, and this came up in which he finished second.

i see in the tournament today, Daly fell off badly and finished +27.

Still not bad in a major at his age and physical condition.

And yes amazing for Phil Mickelson to win this at 50 years old as Galaxy mentioned.
